Human Resource Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Development, Business Management, or similar courses
3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations, and human resource management roles
Must be experienced in handling multiple applications and attending to them until the end of the process.
Knowledgeable in HR facets such as Compensation and Wage Structures, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Employment Law, etc.
Effective creative, analytical, communications, reporting, administrative writing, and research skills
Should handle multiple responsibilities at a time along with delivering results on time.
A keen sense of detail along with quick-decision making is a plus
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Human Resource Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of recruitment and hiring, as well leading the initiatives in multiple HR facets such as performance development, payroll, training, etc.
You will be exemplifying your people-person skills to identify and maximize your employees’ experience and value in the organization to create a harmonious relationship with everyone.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
Support company operations through recruitment of talents that will contribute to the overall growth of the company.Â
Create and strategize training sessions, evaluations, and development for employees to increase their skills and knowledge to contribute to the company.Â
Create an open-environment for everyone to have a say by properly addressing grievances, feedbacks, and future company problems that might occur.Â
Maintain and grow employee satisfaction and reducing turn-over rate by enforcing guidelines, regulations, payroll, and proper handling and management of different HR facets.Â
