QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field
Atleast 5+ years in performing IT-related responsibilities
Must be able to exhibit leadership qualities to move and advance the team’s and company’s growth.Â
Must display project management skills in handling complex systems and initiatives for the team.Â
Be able to coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and team members  in different projects and updates in the system.
Has the analytical mindset in solving problems and creating concrete solutions to address these problems.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Information Technology Specialist, you are given the responsibilities of maintaining the technological design and infrastructure of the company’s security and systems. By keeping up with latest trends and updates on security measures, you will be able to create innovative solutions that will result into efficiency, productivity, and safety of employees.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
Researches and implements innovative technological strategic solutions by advancing technical knowledge through attending workshops and learning sessions.Â
Verifies application efficacy by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
